Anne-Marie Grey serves as Chief Development Officer at RestoringVision, where she leads the organization’s business development and fundraising strategy, manages key donor and partner relationships, and ensures alignment with RestoringVision’s ambitious strategic growth objectives.
A visionary nonprofit executive and strategist, Anne-Marie brings over four decades of global experience in fundraising, executive leadership, and organizational transformation. She is widely respected for her ability to drive growth, build high-performing teams, and lead mission-driven organizations to achieve scalable impact.
Previously, Anne-Marie served as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at USA for UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, where she played a pivotal role in the organization’s turnaround. Under her leadership, she launched new revenue streams—including a groundbreaking grants program and direct service initiatives—and grew resource mobilization efforts from $3 million to over $225 million in just eight years.
Her career spans a range of international NGOs and institutions, including senior roles at UNHCR, Save the Children, UNICEF, the U.S. Fund for UNICEF, and Share Our Strength. Internationally, Anne-Marie also shaped the development and marketing programs of major cultural institutions in Australia, including the National Museum of Australia and the National Gallery of Australia.
Anne-Marie currently serves on the boards of SNOMED International, Refugees International, and the Global Survivors Fund USA. She is a member of the Forbes Nonprofit Council, a published author of two books on sponsorship marketing, and a sought-after speaker on fundraising, partnerships, and nonprofit leadership.
She holds a Graduate Diploma with distinction in Art and Literature and a B.A. in Art History from The Australian National University, as well as a B.A. in Art History and English from Colby College.
