Blaise Ruffing serves as Interim Fractional Chief Financial Officer at RestoringVision, where he leads the organization’s financial strategy, accounting, and administrative functions. In this role, he ensures fiscal stewardship, efficiency, and alignment of financial resources with the organization’s mission and growth objectives.

A seasoned finance executive and advisor, Blaise brings over a decade of experience in financial leadership spanning the nonprofit, private equity, healthcare, insurance, SaaS, and manufacturing sectors. He is known for his ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insights that drive operational efficiency, data-informed decision-making and long-term organizational sustainability.

Blaise also serves as Principal Director at PFS Global, where he leads strategic financial initiatives for a diverse portfolio of mission-driven clients. He specializes in helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, and audit readiness—delivering measurable improvements in financial performance, compliance, and reporting accuracy. Prior to joining PFS Global, Blaise held leadership roles at Deloitte and Dixon Hughes Goodman, where he led high-impact projects including zero-based budgeting for billion-dollar health systems, financial due diligence for private equity transactions, and multi-entity consolidations for large healthcare organizations. His work consistently resulted in streamlined financial operations, enhanced accountability, and improved fiscal health.

Blaise holds a Master of Decision Analytics (MDA) degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Business and a B.S. degree in Accounting from George Mason University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has completed advanced training in financial modeling and strategic financial analysis.
