Erwin Cho

Chief Consumer Officer, Presbyterian Healthcare Services

Erwin Cho joined the RestoringVision Board of Directors in 2016.

Erwin serves as Chief Consumer Officer for Presbyterian Healthcare Services, where he is responsible for consumer experience strategy, design, and initiatives for the organization. Prior to joining Presbyterian Healthcare Services, Erwin served as Sr. Director of Service Strategy & Innovation at Kaiser Permanente, where he led a team focused on digital and consumer experience improvements as well as employee-inspired innovation. Throughout his career, Erwin has held leadership positions in consumer experience, innovation, and product development and management.

Erwin graduated cum laude from University of California at Berkeley with a B.A. degree in Economics and holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He was also a Woodrow Wilson/Public Policy and International Affairs fellow at Princeton University and a Fulbright fellow to Australia.
