Celebrate World Sight Day and Clear Vision for All on October 12

826 million people living in extreme poverty around the world are struggling with presbyopia, blurry vision that occurs as a natural part of the aging process.

Seamstresses, tailors, farmers, and millions more lack the financial means and resources to obtain the reading glasses that would greatly improve their ability to see clearly, work productively, learn, and care for their families.

This World Sight Day on October 12, RestoringVision is highlighting the solution: equitable access to reading glasses for all, no matter their income or location. We need your support in raising awareness about the urgent need for access to reading glasses, particularly in developing countries where the issue is most prevalent.

Together, we can make a tangible difference in the lives of millions by advocating for improved access to affordable reading glasses and empowering those affected by presbyopia to regain their optical independence.
