Jacob Gomez serves as Director of Monitoring, Evaluation, Evidence, and Learning at RestoringVision, where he leads the organization’s strategic efforts to generate, analyze, and apply data and evidence to drive impact and innovation in addressing the global vision crisis. He oversees the design and implementation of measurement frameworks, learning agendas, and evidence-based strategies that inform programming, amplify impact, and support advocacy initiatives.
Prior to joining RestoringVision, Jacob led monitoring, evaluation, and learning efforts at several mission-driven organizations, including Partners in Health and Global Health Corps, addressing a range of public health issues, including equitable COVID-19 response, youth and community physical activity promotion, leadership development in global health, and early childhood education.
Jacob holds an MPH degree from University of Washington and a B.A. in Human Biology from Stanford University.
